  2. In the address bar, type in your company’s unique ServiceBox URL.

    • Example: jb.jobboxsoft.com — just replace "jb" with your company's specific subdomain.

  3. Log in and use the site as you normally would through the app.

This method offers the same functionality and can be a convenient alternative when you're unable to use the mobile app.
