ServiceBox currently offers an SMS 200 plan, which includes up to 200 SMS messages/month for an additional $10/month. If your usage exceeds the limit, each extra message is charged at $0.03.

Understanding SMS Plan Limits and Charges

Setting Up SMS Templates
To configure your message templates:

Go to Settings → Work Order → En Route Setup or Day Before Setup.

Enter your custom SMS message in the template field.

Triggering SMS Notifications from Work Orders
Within the Work Order screen:

You’ll see options to Send Day Before Notification SMS and Send En Route Notification SMS.

Select the recipient from the saved customer/jobsite/contact info, or manually enter a number.
