Adding Options to Custom Dropdown Boxes - FAQ
How can I add options to the custom drop down boxes on Customers, Work Orders, Job Sites and Units?
When a custom column is a drop down menu (or multi-select), the first time you save a value for a column, it gets saved to the database. The next time you start typing in that column, it should suggest previously used items as values.
If you save one with 'Email' in the textbox. The next customer you edit, when you type 'Em' in the text box, it should suggest 'Email' for you.
