Auto-Changing to Paid Status When Syncing With Accounting - FAQ

When syncing with Accounting, will it automatically change status of invoice to paid? 

Yes, if the payment is marked in ServiceBox it will show paid on the sync to Sage, and if it is made in your accounting software, when it links back to ServiceBox it will show that the payment has been applied.
