Can I change the display order of Work Orders?
You can reverse the sort order of work orders by using the "Created Date" column header.
When searching for work orders, e.g., closed ones, the most recent ones are at the bottom and older ones at the top. Can this be reversed?
Absolutely, this can be reversed. When viewing the list of work orders, click the "Created Date" column header at the top. This will toggle the sort order and display either the newest or oldest work orders first. You can use this feature in any list view, including quotes, work orders, and invoices.
