How to Add Attachments from a Work Order to an Invoice Email or PDF

Yes, you can attach files from a work order to your invoice emails or include them in the invoice PDF. This guide explains how to do both.

 

Attaching Files to the Invoice Email:

1. Open the Work Order:

Make sure your work order includes the necessary attachments.

 

2. Go to the Invoice Email Screen

When you're preparing to send the invoice email, click the attachment icon.

 

3. Select Work Order Attachments:

In the attachments pop-up, choose the files from the work order that you'd like to include.

 

4. Attachments Appear in the Email:

Once selected, the attachments will appear in the invoice email preview, ready to send.

 

Adding Attachments to the Invoice PDF:

1. Click on Invoice Print Options

From the invoice, select Print Options to begin generating a PDF.


 

2. Attach Files to the PDF

In the print options menu, click "Select Attachment" and choose the desired files.

The selected files will be appended to the end of the invoice PDF document.
