Changing a ServiceBox Plan to fit your company's needs - FAQ

Whenever upgrading to a new ServiceBox Plan, you must first go to your ServiceBox Settings, accessed through the drop-down menu in the top right of your ServiceBox homescreen. In your settings, select the Plan tab. 

Plan Tab: Plan Info

Shown in the screenshot below, Plan Info is where you can view, edit, and/or update the details regarding the plan that has been chosen for your site. You can also change or cancel your plan by clicking on the "Change Plan", or "Cancel Plan" buttons at the bottom of the screen. You can also change your method of payment on this screen by clicking "Change Payment Information".

Plan Tab: Changing Your Plan

Clicking the "Change Plan" button on the screen above will take you to the Plan Change screen.  Fill in the information requested, and we will send you a link to upgrade your Plan for your need.

 

Plan Tab: Add Ons

This section allows you to send an SMS notifications for day-before and on-route reminders. Please note: this adds an extra cost additional to your monthly payment plan. For example, as shown in the following screenshot, if you select to add on SMS Messaging, with an SMS 200 plan. You will have an additional monthly cost of $10 per month, which includes up to 200 SMS messages per month.

To activate this feature please check off "I accept the above terms of this add-on plan" and click on 'Purchase Plan' button.
To Deactivate the plan please click on the 'Cancel' button.
