To change your payment option to monthly in ServiceBox, go to your Settings > Plan > Plan Info. Click on the Change Plan button.
A new screen comes up for you to select your new plan. Under Plan change type, select downgrade. Under Plan level requested, select the plan you'd like to be on from the list. You'll be able to check the box to indicate if you'd like to be on a plan with Premium features, and can leave a note with more information as well. Clicking Submit will push the plan change request through to our support team, who will follow up with you about the plan change.
