Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the User Menu
Place your mouse on the down arrow to the right of your login name on your ServiceBox site.
Slide your mouse down and left-click on “Users.”
2. Select a User
You will arrive at the Users screen.
From here, choose the user whose settings you would like to modify.
3. Edit User Settings
Once you click on a user, their profile will open.
From this screen, you can adjust the settings as needed. Make any necessary changes and save your updates.
