Requesting a Custom Report in ServiceBox

If your business needs a report that isn’t available in ServiceBox’s standard Reporting section, you can request a custom report through the support team for an additional fee based on complexity.

If you're looking for a specific report that isn't available in the Reporting section, ServiceBox offers the option to request a custom report created by our development team.

How to Request a Custom Report

To begin the process:

  1. Submit a ticket via the black Help button at the bottom of your ServiceBox screen

    or

  2. Email our team directly at support@jobboxsoft.com

A member of our Customer Success team will reach out to confirm your requirements and ask follow-up questions as needed. Once we fully understand the scope, your request will be assessed and categorized based on complexity.

The report size is determined by factors like the number of filters, data sources, formatting complexity, and whether calculations or custom formatting are required.

Important Notes

  • Custom Field Consideration: If your requested report uses custom fields, changing the names of those fields after the report is developed may break the report or return incorrect data.

  • If you plan to rename or remove custom fields, notify us so we can adjust your report accordingly.

  • Significant adjustments after delivery may incur additional charges, especially if the changes increase the report’s complexity.
