Custom Printing Policy and Price List

ServiceBox recognizes that it is very important that items that are shown to your customers fit within your unique branding. To that end we offer extensive configuration that is available out of the box to adjust your printouts to meet your needs.

We can provide custom print outs for:

• Quotes
• Work Orders
• Invoices
• Timesheets
• Vendor Orders
• Checklists

We also recognize that your unique branding may not be accounted for in our out of the box configuration. To that end we offer services to adjust and tweak the printouts to match your needs.  We will do our best to create a printout that aligns with your brand.

The process for requesting a custom print begins by submitting a ticket using the black help button at the bottom of your ServiceBox page, or contacting support@jobboxsoft.com. Our Customer Success team will work with you to define the requirements and determine the size of the changes required.  

Our pricing is based on the complexity and extent of the changes required. The following are the sizes, prices and notes on what this size entails:

• Any print or report which depends on any custom fields may get affected or may not produce correct output if custom field names are changed after development. User needs to let us know in such cases so report or print can be adjusted accordingly. If such changes increases complexity of programming then such changes might be done for additional charges.
