Changing Your Default View
When you first sign up for ServiceBox, the Activity Feed is the default view that appears after you log in. However, you can change this to better suit your workflow by selecting either the Calendar view (which shows today’s scheduled work) or the Work Orders list view.
To change your default landing screen:

Hover over your user name in the top-right corner of the screen.

Click the downward triangle next to your name.
Select "My Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
This is the window that will appear, then look below next:
Once the My Preferences window appears:

Use the dropdown menu under Home Screen to choose between:

Activity Feed (default)
-
Calendar View
-
Work Orders View

You can also set your Work Order Section default view and access your ServiceBox calendar link for syncing with external calendars (like Google or Outlook).
Updating Preferences in the App
You can make the same changes in the ServiceBox mobile app:

Open the menu, then choose Preferences.

From there, update your default home screen and other available options.
