What do we need from the client to proceed with the data import?
We require the client to download the following files from Jobber so we can analyze the data. Don’t worry about duplicates—ServiceBox automatically eliminates them. Additionally, all files go through a cleansing process before import.
The following files are required from Jobber:

Client Contact Info file: Contains customer details such as Name, Display Name, Address, Phone, Email, etc.

Client Properties file: Contains data about job sites linked to customers, including customer names and addresses.

One-off Jobs Report: Contains historical Work Order data.
What if there are columns in Jobber that don’t exist in ServiceBox?
We can create custom columns in ServiceBox as needed and import the data accordingly.
Example: If a client requires a “Previous Work Order #” column, we can create a custom field called “Historical WO#” and import the data there.
Note: It is important to specify all required custom columns before starting the data import process.
How does the data import process work?
