Overview

This document provides a detailed breakdown of the data import services, price ranges, criteria, and the amount of work an engineer is doing for the import process into ServiceBox. This guide is designed to help salespersons understand and explain the data import process and pricing to clients.

Data Services and Pricing

Small Data Import

• Price Range: $300
• Criteria:
  • Data is relatively small in size (0-500 rows).
  • Data is clean and requires no or very little verification.
  • Data and data types are in ServiceBox acceptable format.
  • Generally includes Quote Item Import, Simple Inventory Import, and Unit Import.
• Amount of Work an Engineer is Doing:
  • Gathering requirements and analyzing data: 0.5 hour
  • Performing import: 1 hour
  • Testing data: 0.5 hour

Medium Data Import

• Price Range: $450
• Criteria:
  • Data is relatively medium in size (1,000-5,000 rows).
  • Data needs some cleansing and a bit of verification (few duplicates).
  • Data and data types are NOT in ServiceBox acceptable format.
  • Generally includes Work Order, Quote Item Import, Inventory Import, and Unit Import.
• Amount of Work an Engineer is Doing:
  • Gathering requirements and analyzing data: 1 hour
  • Performing import: 1.5 hours
  • Testing data: 0.5 hour

Large Data Import

• Price Range: $600
• Criteria:
  • Data is relatively large in size (5,000-20,000 rows).
  • Data needs cleansing and verification (display name issue, duplicate issues).
  • Importing data into custom columns.
  • Data mapping issues (even if the volume of data is less, but data needs mapping from different sheets).
  • Data and data types are NOT in ServiceBox acceptable format.
  • Generally includes Customer, Jobsite, Work Order, Quote Item Import, Inventory Import, and Unit Import.
• Amount of Work an Engineer is Doing:
  • Gathering requirements and analyzing data: 1 hour
  • Performing import: 2.5 hours
  • Testing data and follow-ups: 0.5 hour

Extra Large Data Import

• Price Range: $900
• Criteria:
  • Data is relatively large in size (25,000-100,000 rows).
  • Data needs cleansing and verification (display name issue, duplicate issues, data split into different columns).
  • Importing data into custom columns.
  • Data mapping issues (even if the volume of data is less, but data needs mapping from different sheets).
  • Data and data types are NOT in ServiceBox acceptable format.
  • Generally includes Customer, Jobsite, Work Order, Quote Item Import, Inventory Import, and Unit Import.
• Amount of Work an Engineer is Doing:
  • Gathering requirements and analyzing data: 1.5 hours
  • Performing import: 3.5 hours
  • Testing data and follow-ups: 1 hour
