Does Cancelling a ServiceBox Invoice Also Cancel it in QuickBooks? - FAQ

When cancelling an Invoice within ServiceBox, some users have asked whether this also cancels the Invoice within QuickBooks. 

Solution

At this time we don't sync a cancelled invoice from ServiceBox to QuickBooks, however if you void the Invoice in QuickBooks, when ServiceBox goes to check to see if it was paid in QuickBooks, and finds it is voided, it will void it on the ServiceBox side.
