Duplicate Similar Units When Setting Up a Job Site - FAQ
Question
When setting up a new jobsite that involves similar work to previous projects, can users duplicate equipment or units from another jobsite?
Answer
At this time, ServiceBox does not support duplicating equipment or units from one jobsite to another. All equipment must be added manually, one at a time.
However, you can add equipment/units directly from a Work Order using the Work Notes section. Once added and associated with the jobsite, these units will also appear in any Recurring Work created for that jobsite.
This workflow helps ensure consistency for ongoing service agreements or preventive maintenance tasks.
