Generating a New Quote From an Existing Quote - User Guide

Use the Copy Quote feature in ServiceBox to duplicate the details and pricing from an existing quote, saving time when generating a new quote for the same or a different customer.

What Gets Copied?

The following information is carried over to the new quote:

  • Quote Information

  • Pricing details from the Calculator tab

  • Quote-level discount (if applicable)

 

What You Can Update in the New Quote

When copying a quote, you can modify the following:

  • Bill To (Customer)

  • Job Site

  • Notes

  • To Dos

  • Attachments

 

Steps to Copy a Quote

  1. Open the original quote you want to copy.

  2. In the bottom left corner, click the blue link labeled "Copy Quote."

 

 

This is what the pricing page looks like under the "Calculator" tab:

 

 

3. A new quote window will open. Update the Bill To, Job Site, or other relevant fields.


4. After saving the quote, you’ll see that all pricing details in the Calculator tab have been preserved.

You can make any further adjustments to pricing or details as needed before sending the quote to your customer.
