## Remove the “Powered by ServiceBox” Logo from Customer Emails

To begin, contact our support team via email at support@jobboxsoft.com or through the **Help** button in your account. Let them know you'd like the “Powered by ServiceBox” logo removed from your outgoing emails.
Step 2: Activation by Our Team
Once contacted, our team will locate the setting titled **"Remove ServiceBox Logo from Emails"** within your admin settings and activate it for you.
### Step 3: Confirmation
After the setting is enabled, our team will send a confirmation email. At that point, simply **log out and log back into ServiceBox** to ensure the change is applied.
### Step 4: Enjoy Logo-Free Emails

As you receive confirmation email from support team, Logout and Log back into your ServiceBox account to see the effective changes.
