Once contacted, our team will locate the setting titled "Remove ServiceBox Logo from Emails" within your admin settings and activate it for you.

Step 3: Confirmation

After the setting is enabled, our team will send a confirmation email. At that point, simply log out and log back into ServiceBox to ensure the change is applied.

As you receive confirmation email from support team, Logout and Log back into your ServiceBox account to see the effective changes.
