How do I attach a photo on the App

Learn how to attach a photo to a Work Order directly from your device using the ServiceBox mobile app.

Adding an Attachment Using the Mobile App

To attach a photo directly to a Work Order using the mobile app:

  1. Select or tap the “Add Attachment” button.

  2. On the next screen, tap the “Select File” button.
    (See first screenshot below.)

  3. At the bottom of the app, a selection of options will appear — choose “Take Photo or Video.”
    (See second screenshot below.)

  4. Take your picture using the camera.

  5. When the photo appears, tap “Use Photo.”

  6. Immediately on the next screen, tap the “OK” button to lock the photo onto the Work Order.
