How Do I Print Unit details on Checklist?

Enable make, model, and serial number visibility on Work Order checklists and printouts.

Some of our clients have expressed a desire to include Unit/Equipment details like the make, model, and serial number on the checklist.

 

Step 1: Enable Unit Display on Checklists

  1. Log in to your ServiceBox account.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Select the Plan tab.

  4. Click on the Features tab.

  5. Find the option Show Unit Display Field on Checklist and enable it by checking the box.

  6. Click Save.

 

 

Step 2: Add and Check in the Unit

  1. Go to the Work Notes tab inside the Work Order.

  2. Add the relevant unit.

  3. Click the green check mark to check the unit in.

 

Step 3: Print the Work Order with Unit Info

  1. Click the Print button in the Work Order.


 

 

2.On the print screen, check the box Print checklists.

 

 

  • Now, you will see the Unit information on the Work Order print
