Most office staff can be trained in two one-hour Administrator Training sessions. However, if someone is only handling basic tasks (creating work orders, scheduling, converting to invoices), one hour may be enough. Additional sessions may be needed for vendor orders or quote production.

 

Senior Managers & Owners

Senior leadership typically needs more advanced training. Topics include:

Field Technicians

Technicians usually require 30–45 minutes of prep time to learn how to:

  • Use ServiceBox on their devices

Group technician training sessions last 45–60 minutes and are best scheduled first thing in the morning or at the end of the day, so technicians can apply what they’ve learned right away.
