ServiceBox is designed to streamline operations for service-based businesses. A key part of managing resources is the ability to track inventory. This guide provides a step-by-step process to access or generate inventory reports in ServiceBox.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log into ServiceBox
Ensure that you are logged into your ServiceBox account with the necessary permissions to access reporting features.
2. Navigate to the Reports Section
From the navigation bar, click on the Reports section.
3. Locate Inventory Reports
Scroll to find the Inventory Reports section.
Reports With Shared Criteria
The following three reports share the same generation process:
Inventory Pricing Report
Includes item number, description, quantities on hand, average unit cost, total cost, sales price, and total sales volume as of the report generation date.
Inventory Levels Report
Includes item number, description, quantities on hand, quantity on work orders not invoiced, invoiced but not in accounting, expected amount in accounting, and reorder point for each inventory item.
Inventory At or Below Reorder Report
Includes item number, description, quantity on hand, quantity on order, and reorder point.
To Generate Any of These Reports:

Select the desired report.

Choose the preferred export format.

Click Generate.
Inventory Pricing Report Output
The generated report will include:

This report tracks inventory used across locations and includes:

To Generate This Report:

Select Inventory Usage by Location Report.

Enter Start Date (mandatory).

Enter End Date (mandatory).

Choose Location (or leave blank to include all).

Select export format.

Click Generate.
The generated report will include Item number, description, location, date taken, used quantity, workorder number, Customer and jobsite as of report generated date within the chosen timeframe and will appear as follows.

This report shows inventory on hand at each location and includes:

Total cost
To Generate This Report:

Select Inventory by Location Report.

Choose Location (or leave blank to include all).

Select export format.

Click Generate.
Generated report will include Item number, description, location, quantities on hand, reorder point, average unit cost and total cost as of report generation date and will appear as follows.
