How to Access and Generate Quote Report in ServiceBox

ServiceBox is designed to streamline operations for service-based businesses. A key element in managing ongoing work is the ability to track quotes. Accessing a comprehensive quote report helps businesses monitor progress, allocate resources effectively, and maintain high levels of customer service. This guide provides a step-by-step process to access or generate quote reports in ServiceBox, ensuring that managers and teams have the insights they need.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log into ServiceBox

Ensure you are logged into your ServiceBox account with the necessary permissions to access reporting features.

2. Navigate to the Reports Section

Click on the Reports tab from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.

3. Locate the Quote Report

Scroll to find the Quote Report option in the list of available reports.

 

Generating the Report

To generate a Quote Report:

  1. Select Quote Report.

  2. Start Date (Mandatory): Enter the beginning date for the report period.

  3. End Date (Mandatory): Enter the end date for the report period.

  4. Created By: Choose a specific employee or leave blank to include quotes created by all users.

  5. Status: Filter by one or more quote statuses, or leave blank to include all.

  6. Select Format: Choose the preferred output format (e.g., PDF, Excel).

  7. Click Generate.

Report Output

The generated report will include the following details:

  • Quote number

  • Quote date

  • Created by

  • Customer name

  • Job site

  • Quote status

If the quote has been converted into a work order, the related work order details will also appear in the report.
