How to Access and Generate Work Order Reports in ServiceBox

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log into ServiceBox
Log into your ServiceBox account with the necessary permissions to access reporting features.
2. Navigate to the Reports Section
Click on the Reports section from the navigation bar.
3. Locate Work Order Reports
Find the section labeled Work Order Reports.
Reports With Shared Criteria
These reports share the same criteria:

Work Order By Work Order Date: Displays work orders by their creation date.

Work Order By Status Date: Displays work orders based on status change dates.

Work Order Description Report by Status Date: Displays the work order description based on status change dates.
To Run These Reports:

Select one of the above reports.

Start Date (Mandatory): Specify the start date.

End Date (Mandatory): Specify the end date.

Customer: Choose a customer, or leave blank to include all.

Job Site: Select a job site, or leave blank to include all.

Status: Filter by one or more statuses, or leave blank.

Assigned User: Select one or more users, or leave blank.

Category: Choose categories, or leave blank to include all.

Select your preferred export format.

Close Work Order for Year Report
Shows how many work orders each employee closed each month for a specific year.
To Run This Report:

Select the year.

Click Generate.
Generated report will appear as follows.
Closed Work Orders for Period Report
Displays how many work orders each user completed during a selected date range.
To Run This Report:

Select the report.

Set the Start Date and End Date.

Click Generate.
Generated report total number of work orders closed by each user for the selected period and appears as follows:
Upcoming Recurring Work Report
Shows upcoming recurring work within the selected timeframe.
To Run This Report:

The report will display the upcoming tasks for the period you've chosen and will appear as follows:
Work Order Check-In/Out Report
Displays user check-in and check-out activity tied to work orders.
To Run This Report:

Job Costing Report
Shows income, expenses, and profit/loss for each work order within a date range.

Quoted Jobs: Filter for quoted, non-quoted, or all jobs.

Captures each time a work order's status changes within a specified period.
To Run This Report:
