The invoice doesn't give a detailed breakdown of prices like the quote does.
Some customers have noticed that the invoice does not provide price breakdown similar to what's provided in the quote.
Cause
The cause of this inconsistency is that the Copy Items from Quote feature is not activated is ServiceBox.

The support team will activate a feature called Copy Items from Quote. This feature makes it easier to create invoices by automatically moving the line item information from the related quote to the invoice. Here is how it works:
- Send a request to activate Copy Items from Quote feature.
- Once the feature is activated, access the Invoice Creation Page from the Work Order.
- Select Copy Items from Quote.
- The system will automatically transfer line item details from Quote.
- Make manual modifications, if necessary.
- Finalize the invoice.
