# How to Copy Quote Items for a Detailed Price Breakdown in Invoices
### **Issue**
The invoice doesn't provide a detailed price breakdown as the quote does.
Some customers have noticed that the invoice does not provide a price breakdown similar to what's provided in the quote.
### **Cause**
The cause of this inconsistency is that the **Copy Items from Quote** feature is not activated at the back end in ServiceBox.
### **Solution**
To address this issue, contact our support team at [**support@getservicebox.com**.](mailto:support@jobboxsoft.com)
The support team will activate a feature called **Copy Items from Quote**. This feature makes it easier to create invoices by automatically moving the line item information from the related quote to the invoice. Here is how it works:
- Send a request to activate **Copy Items from Quote** feature.
- Once the feature is activated, access the **Invoice Creation Page** from the **Work Order**.
- Select **Copy Items from Quote**.

- The system will automatically transfer line item details from Quote.
- Make manual modifications, if necessary.
- Finalize the invoice.

When you turn on the **Copy Items from Quote** feature, it helps address the customer's need for a detailed price breakdown in the invoice. This feature automatically takes the line item information from the quote and adds it to the invoice, making sure that the invoice is accurate, consistent, and transparent.
