# How to Delete and Reinstall the Connector Program on Your Desktop
## This article walks you through how to delete and reinstall the ServiceBox Connector program on your desktop to resolve installation issues or start fresh.

### **Deleting the Connector Program**
- To begin, locate the connector program on your desktop – it's usually represented by a black box.

- Right-click on the icon and select the "Delete" option. This action removes the program from your desktop.

After deleting the program icon, use the search bar to type "Service Box Connector." The search results should display the program's location. Right-click on the displayed result and select "Open file location." Confirm that the connector program has been successfully deleted.

- On the top right corner, locate your login name. Click on the drop-down menu and select **"Accounting"** from the options.

- Right Click 'Here' to download the program, or right click and copy the link and paste it into a new tab in a new tab in browser
- **Open in Incognito Window** if you're having trouble downloading.

- Click on the three dots, select **"Keep,"** and confirm the action to proceed with the download.
