All users who have auto-updates turned on for the current ServiceBox app will automatically receive the latest version on their device. We recommend enabling auto-updates.
Logging in the First Time
You will need your company domain name, username, and password to log into the app.
After downloading the new version, you will need to log in again due to changes in the app’s authentication system (from cookie-based to token-based).
Use the “Reset Password” feature on the ServiceBox website if you've forgotten your password. For help resetting your password, please refer to the article here.
Navigating the App
Follow the steps below to configure the app to your preferences:
Step 1: Enter your ServiceBox account (domain).
Step 2: Enter your username and password to log in.
Step 3: Upon successful login, the device will be registered with ServiceBox.
Step 4: After 30–60 seconds, visit the Settings screen and confirm it displays correctly.
Step 5: Use the side menu to confirm the app version and optionally enable Dark Mode.
Step 6: Use the Filter option to narrow down displayed work orders or appointments.
Step 7: Select Web from the menu to access the full ServiceBox web application in-browser.
