# How to download and login to the App on your Phone - Getting Started
## Step-by-step guide for installing, logging in, and navigating the ServiceBox mobile app.

All users who have auto-updates turned on for the current ServiceBox app will automatically receive the latest version on their device. We recommend enabling auto-updates.
### Logging in the First Time
You will need your **company domain name**, **username**, and **password** to log into the app.
After downloading the new version, you will need to log in again due to changes in the app’s authentication system (from cookie-based to token-based).
Use the **“Reset Password”** feature on the ServiceBox website if you've forgotten your password. For help resetting your password, please refer to the article [here](https://jobbox.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/19000021870).
### Navigating the App
Follow the steps below to configure the app to your preferences:
**Step 1:** Enter your ServiceBox account (domain).
**Step 2:** Enter your username and password to log in.
**Step 3:** Upon successful login, the device will be registered with ServiceBox.
**Step 4:** Click on Account to confirm the app version and optionally enable **Dark Mode**.
**Step 5:** Use the **Filter** option to show unread alerts.
**Step 6:** Select **Web** from the menu to access the full ServiceBox web application in-browser.
