How to Sync Timesheets with QuickBooks Online?

Initialize Timesheets
Before starting the synchronization process, make sure all timesheets are properly initialized in the ServiceBox Settings. Confirm that all timesheets have been accurately completed and submitted for the desired time period.
Add Employees to Payroll
All employees must be added to the Payroll tab in QuickBooks Online. This ensures QuickBooks can correctly recognize and link each employee’s timesheet during sync.
Log into ServiceBox
Access your ServiceBox account and use the dropdown under your username to navigate to QuickBooks Online for sync setup.
Configure Timesheet Settings
On the QuickBooks Online Sync page in ServiceBox:

Click the Settings tab.

Select the Time Sheets option.
3. Enable the transfer of time sheet information by checking the box labeled "Export Time Data." This step establishes the connection between ServiceBox and QuickBooks Online.
4. Check the Export Time Data box to enable timesheet export.
5. Set the Start Date for timesheet import.
6. Link each user in ServiceBox to their corresponding employee in QuickBooks Online.
Note: If you add a new user in ServiceBox, return to this page to link them with the correct employee name in QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate syncing.
Export Data
Once all settings are configured, click Go to begin exporting your ServiceBox data, including timesheets, to QuickBooks Online.
View Exported Timesheets
To confirm successful sync:

Log in to QuickBooks Online.

Go to the Reports section.

Under Employees, open the Time Activities by Employee Detail report to view the imported timesheet data.
