Summary
This document will go over the configuration and details of how to get ServiceBox invoice notes into QuickBooks Online.
Configuration of QuickBooks Online ServiceBox Import Settings
In order to import the ServiceBox invoice notes into QuickBooks Online, you need to turn on one of these settings inside the QuickBooks Online Sync > Settings > Import Export Settings:
The settings are as follows
- Add ServiceBox Invoice Number to Memo
- This setting, when checked, will add the ServiceBox Invoice Number into the Memo field inside of QuickBooks Online. This may not be required if you have checked "Use ServiceBox Invoice Numbers".
- Add ServiceBox Invoice Note
- This will add the note from the Invoice into the memo field inside of QuickBooks Online.

Once I have imported an Invoice from ServiceBox to QuickBooks Online, this is what the Invoice note looks like:
