Introducing the Enhanced Checklist Screen in ServiceBox
The Checklist screen in ServiceBox has been redesigned to improve usability across Units, Job Sites, and Work Orders. This article walks you through how to access, view, and customize the new checklist layout, including how to display both default and custom unit fields.
Units Checklist Screen
With the latest ServiceBox update, the checklist tab under each Unit now provides a cleaner, more intuitive user experience. The layout has been completely rewritten and supports field customization to help teams focus on relevant data.
Accessing the Units Checklist Screen
-
Log in to your ServiceBox account
-
Navigate to the Job Site section
3. Click on the appropriate Unit
4. Open the Checklist tab
Customizing the Default Checklist List for Units
You now have the ability to control what shows up on the checklist list screen for Units. Under Settings, users can enable default unit fields to appear on the list, such as Location, Service Interval, and Contract Info.
To Customize Default Fields:
-

-
Click on the Unit tab
-
Check off the box beside any field you'd like displayed on the checklist screen
- You will see the fields displayed on the Checklist screen for Units as shown below.
Customizing the Custom Fields Checklist for Units
In addition to the default fields, users can also leverage custom fields to further enhance the Checklist screen. Custom fields can be defined based on specific business requirements, allowing users to capture and display unique unit information such as make, model serial number etc. When custom fields are set up on the Unit level, users can choose whether to display that information on the Unit list screen.
-
Go to Settings
-
Click on the Unit tab
-
Select Custom Fields
-
Click Edit beside the field you want to display
5. Check off "Display on Checklist"
- You will see the custom fields displayed on the Unit List screen as shown below
Consistency Across Job Sites and Work Orders
