Introduction on Todos on Mobile

Learn how to create and assign To Do tasks to team members with reminders and repeat options.

Creating a To Do:

  1. Open the To Do Section
    Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of your screen to open the main menu.
    Select To Dos from the list.

  2. Add a New To Do
    Click the Add button.

  3. Fill in To Do Details

    • Enter the message for the task.

    • Choose who the To Do is for (the assigned user).

    • Set the category and the date/time the alert should be sent.

    • If needed, enable a repeat interval for recurring reminders.

  4. Save the Task
    Once all required fields are filled in, click the Save button to add the To Do.
