Our payment is due for ServiceBox, currently we pay for our ServiceBox Plan annually but we want to change to a monthly plan. How can we do this?
To change your payment option to monthly in ServiceBox, go to Settings -> Plan -> Plan Info. When there click on the change plan button.
A new screen comes up, choose the plan that you want At this point you can choose the frequency of payments as monthly. If it shows a next payment day ignore that as the payment will come out right away.
On the next screen you will need to enter your cc details again.
