How to Export Your Customer List from QuickBooks as a CSV File

Open QuickBooks.
Launch your QuickBooks application and log in. -
Navigate to the Customers tab.
From the main menu, select Customers to access your customer list. -
Locate the Excel tab.
Along the top menu bar, you should see a tab labeled Excel. Click on it.
4. Select "Export Customer List".
From the dropdown options, choose Export Customer List.
5. Choose file format.
Select Create comma separated values file (CSV file) as your export format.
6. Click Export and Save the File.
Follow the prompts to choose a location and save the CSV file to your computer.
