View Emails Sent From ServiceBox - FAQ
You can track sent emails in ServiceBox using the Email Log Report or by reviewing sent emails from your configured email account. Setting up a BCC mailbox ensures a copy is always stored.
Accessing Sent Emails
To confirm whether an email was sent from ServiceBox, navigate to:
Reporting → Email Log Report
This report will display a log of all emails sent through the system, allowing you to verify:
-
The recipient's email address
-
The subject line
-
The time the email was sent
-
The delivery status
Additional Options for Tracking Sent Emails
In addition to the Email Log Report, you may be able to view sent messages from the email account configured within ServiceBox. This depends on your email integration settings.
Best Practice: Use a BCC Mailbox
We recommend setting up a BCC (blind carbon copy) email address that automatically receives a copy of every email sent from ServiceBox.
Why Use a BCC Mailbox?
-
Keeps a copy of every outgoing message
-
Ensures sent emails are available in your email program (e.g., Outlook, Gmail)
-
Allows you to track replies easily, especially if replies go to a centralized company inbox
