Make Including Attachments Mandatory for Closed Work Orders

You can require attachments before a Work Order can be closed using the Close Workorder Setup.

Is it possible to make it mandatory that each closed work order has attachments before it can be closed?

Yes, this feature exists in ServiceBox. To enable it, go to:
Settings → Work Order → Close Workorder Setup

There is an option called "Minimum number of attached images before closing workorder." If you want to require one image, enter “1” in the field.

Once this is set, ServiceBox will check for the required number of attachments when a Work Order is being closed. If the required number is met, the Work Order will close. If not, the system will block the closure and notify the user that more attachments are needed. The user will then need to upload the required number of attachments before proceeding.

You can set any number of mandatory attachments using this feature.
