This new feature makes it easier for users to access relevant help desk articles directly from within the sync process, streamlining troubleshooting and enhancing the user experience. ### QuickBooks Online Connector When syncing data with QuickBooks Online via the accounting connector, users may occasionally encounter error messages. With this update, relevant help desk articles are now directly linked to those error messages for faster issue resolution. **How to Use the Feature:** 1. Log in to ServiceBox. 2. On the QuickBooks Online sync page, click **Go**. - QuickBooks will begin syncing data (e.g., customers, invoices, vendors). You can also open the affected **invoice** in a new tab using the same method to make any necessary corrections.
