Not receiving mobile notifications
Summary
If you're not receiving mobile notifications on your device, there are a couple of things to check:
1. Check User Notification Settings in ServiceBox
Ensure that the User profile configuration for the individual/employee not receiving notifications is set to allow them to receive mobile or email Alerts — or both.

These settings are near the bottom of their User Profile under the "Users" section in your ServiceBox site.

You will need to be logged in as someone with an approved security role to access this area.
2. Check Device Notification Permissions
Make sure that your device's settings allow ServiceBox to show notifications.
This process can vary depending on your device, so you may need to search for instructions specific to your phone.

3. Re-register Notifications in the ServiceBox App

Open the ServiceBox app on your mobile device.

Go to the Account page.

Ensure that Notifications are turned on.

If they are already on and you are still not receiving alerts, try turning them off and then back on.
This will re-register your device with our server and may resolve the issue.
