Plan Tab (Info and Add-ons) - Settings Configuration

Summary

This document provides a comprehensive overview of the features found within the Plan tab of your ServiceBox settings screen. The Plan tab includes three sub headings: Plan Info, Features and Add Ons.  Below you will find detailed information about Plan Info and Add Ons subtabs.

 

Plan Tab: Plan Info

The "Plan info" tab, as shown in the screenshot below, provides a centralized location for you to conveniently view, edit, and update the details of your selected plan. Within this tab, you have the flexibility to make changes or cancelation to your plan effortlessly by clicking on the "change Plan" or "Cancel plan" buttons located at the bottom of the screen,. Additionally, if you need to update your payment method, you can easily do so by selecting the 'Change Payment Information" option. Moreover, to obtain a receipt for a specific period, you can easily click on the "Download Receipt" button, which allows you to generate and save the receipt for your record.  

The "Plan Info" tab offers a user friendly interface that empowers you to manage and customize your site plan effectively within ServiceBox.

Plan Info Tab: Changing Your Plan

Clicking the "Change Plan" button will take you to the following screen. To proceed with a plan change, select an option in the Plan change type and Plan level requested drop-down menus and select Submit. Please note, all plans are in groups of 5 users and priced at your current price per user.

Plan Info Tab: Change Payment Information

When you click on the "Change Payment Information" button, you will be directed to the screen below, where you can update your payment details. Simply make the necessary changes and click the "Change Information" button to save the updated information.

Plan Info Tab: Download Receipt

To obtain a receipt for a specific period, simply click on the "Download Receipt" button next to the desired time period. This will take you to the corresponding screen where you can download the receipt for your records.

 

Plan Tab: Add Ons

Within this section, you can enable SMS notifications for day-before and on-route reminders. It is important to note that this feature incurs an additional cost on top of your regular monthly payment plan. For instance, as shown in the screenshot below, selecting the SMS Messaging add on with an SMS 200 plan would result in an extra monthly charge of $10.  This add on includes up to 200 SMS per month. 

Please keep in mind the associated costs when opting for SMS notification in ServiceBox.   

 

To activate this feature, please indicate your acceptance of the add on plan terms by checking the box "I accept the above terms of this add-on plan" and clicking the 'Purchase Plan' button.
Should you wish to deactivate the plan, simply click on the 'Cancel' button.

To customize the SMS template for your reminders, navigate to Settings > Work Order > En Route Setup, where you can set up your personalized text that will be sent to your customers as an on-route reminder.  

Similarly, by going to Settings > Work Order> Day Before Setup, you can configure the SMS template for your day-before reminder.
