QuickBooks Desktop- Error message- Their is invalid reference to QuickBooks Item Sales Tax "" in the invoice. QuickBooks Error message: Transaction Sales Tax is currently disabled by Preferences.

This error message appears to be coming from your QuickBooks because the Sales Tax feature is not turned on in QuickBooks Desktop to resolve this error please correct the settings in Quickbooks desktop. 

In Edit >  Sales Tax > Company Preferences you can change the sales tax settings based on your business needs.
