Receiving Money From ServiceBox Payments
Expected timelines for receiving funds from ServiceBox Payments transactions.
When a customer pays your company through ServiceBox Payments, when can you expect that money to enter your bank account?
The short answer is that new customers should see the payment in their bank account 5–6 business days after the transaction. Here's why:

Payments are settled daily via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

The transaction is held for 2 business days in your merchant account at Paysafe.

On the 3rd business day, the funds are sent to your bank.

Your bank may take 2–3 additional business days to process and display the deposit.
Example: Payment Process Timeline for a Monday Transaction
Monday: Merchant processes transactions
Monday night : Transactions are settled by Paysafe
Tuesday-Wednesday: Settlement is kept on merchant’s account at Paysafe
Thursday: Paysafe sends the settlement to the merchant, who receives it in their bank account in 2-3 business days (depending on their bank)
Note:
After six months with ServiceBox Payments, you can apply to reduce the hold period by 1 business day.
Merchants can monitor transactions, settlements, and payment history through their Paysafe back-office portal.
