Changing your plan is a simple, three-step process: initiation, form completion, and submission. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Initiation
Begin by accessing the "Change Plan" feature from your account settings:

Log in to your ServiceBox account.

Navigate to Settings.

Click on the Plan tab.

Under Plan Info, select Change Plan.
This will open a form specifically designed for processing plan changes.
Step 2: Form Completion
The Change Plan form comes partially pre-filled with key details such as:

Company name

Subdomain
-
Contact information
You’ll then be prompted to:

Select your Change Type (upgrade, downgrade, etc.)

Choose the new Subscription Plan Level

Add optional notes or details regarding the change
Step 3: Submission
Once all required fields are completed and you've reviewed your selection:

Click the Submit Now button to finalize your request.
What Happens Next

Your request is reviewed by the ServiceBox support team.

Once processed, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete the purchase.

Click the link to proceed to the payment portal.
