Resolving ServiceBox Login Issues on Safari: A Step-by-Step Guide

Troubleshooting Safari login issues by clearing cache and switching browsers

Summary

Some ServiceBox users on Safari have experienced login issues due to recent login page enhancements that may not be fully compatible with certain browser settings. While Safari is supported on mobile, we recommend the steps below for resolving desktop browser login issues.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Clear Safari Cache

Follow these steps to clear your Safari browser cache:

  1. Open Safari on your computer.

  2. Access Preferences: Click Safari in the top menu (next to the Apple logo), then choose Preferences.

  3. Navigate to Privacy: In the Preferences window, go to the Privacy tab (usually the far right).

  4. Manage Website Data: Click Manage Website Data.

  5. Search for ServiceBox: In the new window, use the search bar to find websites associated with ServiceBox.

  6. Remove Cache Data: Select the ServiceBox-related entry, then click Remove or Remove All.

  7. Confirm Removal: Click Remove Now or Remove All when prompted.

  8. Close Preferences.

  9. Restart Safari: Close and reopen Safari for the changes to take effect.

2. Use an Optimal Browser for ServiceBox

Although Safari is supported on mobile, for the best performance on desktop, we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. These browsers offer better compatibility with ServiceBox’s latest updates.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve login issues caused by cached data in Safari.
