How to Submit an Error Message to Support

If you encounter an error in ServiceBox when connecting to Sage, follow these steps to report it accurately:

  1. Click the down arrow on the Details section in the bottom-left of the error message box.

  2. Highlight the full error message.

  3. Copy it using Ctrl + C (or right-click and select Copy).

  4. Create a feedback ticket from your ServiceBox site.

  5. Paste the copied error message into the ticket using Ctrl + V.
