How to Use the Help Button to Access the ServiceBox Online Knowledge Base
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Locate the Help Button
When logged into your ServiceBox site, look for the Help button in the bottom corner of your screen.
2. Click the Help Button

3. Search for Information
Type a keyword, question, or topic (e.g., "invoicing" or "check in/out") into the search bar, then click the magnifying glass icon to search

4. View the Results
A list of relevant articles will appear. Scroll through to find the topic that best matches your question.

5. Click on a Result
Click a result to preview it inside the Help window.

6. Expand the Article (Optional)
To open the full article in a new tab and access the ServiceBox Online Knowledge Site, click the icon at the end of the article title. This will give you a larger view and additional resources.
