What are the Technicial Requirements for using ServiceBox?

ServiceBox is a web based software and can be accessed with any web enabled device.

Desktop Browser Recommendations

It is recommended that users access ServiceBox with Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. 

Most other browsers will allow you to use the system but do not support Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.

Mobile Recommendations

ServiceBox can be accessed through the browser by any mobile device including Apple, Android or Blackberry.

Accounting Integrations

QuickBooks Desktop - Windows PC with QuickBooks installed.  Supported Versions Pro Plus 2024 and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2026 

QuickBooks Online - ServiceBox integrates seamlessly into QuickBooks online.  The sync functionality is accessed through ServiceBox.

Sage 50 Canada - Windows PC with Sage 50 installed.  Supported Versions 2026
