# Technical Requirements for Using ServiceBox
#### **What are the Technicial Requirements for using ServiceBox?**
ServiceBox is a web based software and can be accessed with any web enabled device.
#### **Desktop Browser Recommendations**
It is recommended that users access ServiceBox with Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
Most other browsers will allow you to use the system but do not support Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
#### **Mobile Recommendations**
ServiceBox can be accessed through the browser by any mobile device including Apple, Android or Blackberry.
#### **Accounting Integrations**
QuickBooks Desktop - Windows PC with QuickBooks installed. Supported Versions Pro Plus 2024 and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2026
QuickBooks Online - ServiceBox integrates seamlessly into QuickBooks online. The sync functionality is accessed through ServiceBox.
Sage 50 Canada - Windows PC with Sage 50 installed. Supported Versions 2026
