Technician checked in and out, why doesn't time show on Work Order?

One of my guys checked in and checked out of a work order but it didn't post his Time. It shows in the activity feed that he checked in and out but it's not posting it. Why is this happening?

When you check in and check out this is basically how it works:  If you click on check in, it will keep track of the time stamp and location for the user that clicked the button, you should be able to see that in the Events tab.  

This is what it looks like on the Events tab:

If the user clicks on the "Check Out" button (after pressing check out) a message box will appear that shows the time since the last check in.  They need to hit ok for the time to be entered.

Once they do, the time should appear in the T&M section, under the Labour section of the work order
