Timesheet Not Showing Check ins and Check Outs on Work Order

When you check out of a workorder, you should be prompted with a dialog asking if you want to enter time in. If you click, "No" the check out is registered but no time is added to the timesheet. Only if you click 'Yes' will time get added to the timesheet.
