Troubleshooting APP Issue for Techs/on Devices

First Run-Through: Troubleshooting When the App Isn’t Loading or Working

If the ServiceBox app isn’t loading or functioning correctly, start by checking the following

  1. Is the app installed?
    Ensure the individual has downloaded and installed the ServiceBox app on their device.

  2. Are they logged in correctly?
    Confirm they’ve logged in to your company’s site with the correct Username and Password.

  3. Do they have internet access?
    Check that the device is in an area with cellular or WiFi coverage so the app can function.

  4. Is their calendar view set up?
    In My Preferences, confirm the user has enabled their calendar to display on the app upon login.

  5. Are they in the right view?
    Check if they’re in Alert View or if they’ve tapped the Web View button at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  6. Have they reviewed the mobile video guides?
