1. Verify Domain Name

The first step is to ensure that you're entering the correct domain name associated with your ServiceBox account. Any spelling errors or deviations from the provided domain could lead to login failures. Double-check the domain provided by ServiceBox to ensure accuracy.


 

2. Confirm Username

Make sure the username you're entering is correct. An incorrect username will trigger an error message.
To verify your username:

  • Ask the Admin user of your company to log in to the ServiceBox site.

  • Go under the User tab and find your username listed there.

 

3. Check Password

Double-check that your password is accurate. If you're unsure:

  • Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

  • ServiceBox will send a password reset link to your registered email address.

4. User Locked Out

If you enter the wrong password more than four times, your account may be temporarily locked.

  • ServiceBox does not display a lockout message for security reasons.

  • To avoid being locked out, ensure you use the correct password.

Resetting Your Password

If you're still unable to log in:

  • Click "Forgot Password"
