Unit Tab - Settings Configuration

Summary

This article outlines the features of the Unit Tab in your ServiceBox settings. This tab allows you to customize unit tracking and management options across your ServiceBox account.

What is a ServiceBox Unit?

In ServiceBox, a Unit refers to a specific item or asset associated with a customer or job. It could represent equipment, machinery, a vehicle, or any other tangible item that requires service or maintenance.

A Unit acts as an individual component that can be tracked, scheduled for service, and managed as part of a larger contract or maintenance workflow.
